Return Policy – OKO Clothing

At OKO Clothing, we care about the quality of our products. Each item undergoes inspection before shipping.

Product Returns

Purchased goods can be returned only if they were delivered damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

Damaged Product Claim

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us no later than 48 hours after delivery and send:

  • order number
  • photos of the damage
  • a brief description of the problem

After verifying the claim, we will offer you:

  • an exchange for a new item, or
  • a refund

Final Sale

All OKO Clothing products are sold as final sale.

This means that goods cannot be returned or exchanged if:

  • the size does not fit
  • the customer changes their mind
  • the product has been worn or used
  • it was damaged by improper use or washing

Product Condition for Claims

A claimed product must be:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • in its original condition
